Founded in 1992 in Nagano, ISI has grown into one of Japan's largest Japanese language schools, with campuses in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Nagano, serving over 3,000 students from over 110 countries. In addition to its language schools, ISI operates a university (Beijing Language and Culture University) and two vocational schools.

The Kyoto campus, opened in 2003, offers a warm, family-like atmosphere with modern facilities in one of Japan’s most culturally rich cities. General Japanese - Short Term

This course is one that can be taken for as little as 2 weeks while on a visitor, tourist or short-term stay visa, and is aimed to develop the 4 major skills (“listening”, “reading”, “speaking”, and “writing”), according to your current Japanese level.
